GST is additional (R121162333). Invoices are issued
on publication, net 30 days. No discounts allowed
for customer-supplied material. New accounts: Full payment

Digital file accepted with requirements as follows, please:
- All digital files must be
adapted for use on a PC platform.
- We prefer receiving your
ad in high resolution EPS or PDF format. Convert all type to outlines, curves or
graphic (fonts therefore not needed). Also include,
separately, all linked files for any
required graphics/images.
- Our second choice is TIF format. Resolution set at 300 DPI at 100%.
- Ad files to run B&W must
be sent to us as only B&W, with no colour included. Colour
TIFs or JPGs to be set at CMYK, not RGB or other modes.
- Future revisions to this
ad file can only be made by you. For your peace of mind,
utilizing these formats ensures that future file access will
be blocked to us.
- A hard copy of your
display ad should be faxed to us
(604-874-3922) - or
should be enclosed with the disk
being shipped.
- You are urged to
double-check the actual dimensions of your finished
display ad before sending, to ensure they match our required
mechanical sizes.
- We cannot accept display
ads submitted in word processing or office-type software
such as MSWord, WordPerfect, MSPublisher, MSPowerPoint etc. If
these are your only options, please consult your printing
supplier or prepress service bureau for acceptable formats,
conversion
or film output.

Helpful DTP tips, comments:
- TIF is a half-tone
format based on dots that make up the printed image; therefore,
the printing of small type sizes greatly depends on resolution.
We recommend 300 DPI at 100% for best results.
- EPS and PDF are
vector-based formats which utilize mathematical equations. Type
is composed by using curves and lines, thus ensuring a sharper,
cleaner-looking image.
- Quark users (Mac/PC):
Save as an EPS. Open in Illustrator, Corel or another draw
program, embed all logo/images and convert all type to outlines.
If you cannot re-edit the EPS file, you will need to submit all
linked files separately (logos, images and fonts).
Conditions
- Insertion of advertising and all copy, photos and
graphics subject to approval and acceptance by the
publisher. Cancellations not accepted after closing
deadline.
