Ordering Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are available (Canada only) for $20 per year plus 12% HST, in advance.  Prices include postage and handling.  Subscriptions mailed outside Canada: please ask for cost at manager@insurancewest.ca (HST #R121162333).  Send cheque to Insurancewest Media Ltd., 661 Market Hill, Vancouver, BC V5Z 4B5.
